The Theory of Abundance is One of Reciprocity

Your wealth and abundance should be accumlated from good deeds, kindness to those you benefit from. If you are generous and share the prosperity and wealth that you accumulate the universe in turn will reciprocate. While you work to earn your wealth, give back to your community and to those who need it. This is good karma.

A) Identify the Wealth Corners of the Home

Once you select the best wealth sector that works for you, implement Feng Shui treatments appropriate to the corner.

Southeast (wood) – Prosperity corner. SE represents the germinating and growing of money and the initiation of things. Add water and/or wood element. Water fountain, rounded leaf plants (except in bedroom), i.e. money-tree (Pachira), jade plant, 4 stalks of lucky bamboo in water. Wavy shaped or rectangular objects, any shade of blue/black or green color. Keep your financial documents here. Good for high activity room, office.

Northwest (yang metal) Patriarch’s corner. This is the luck from heaven, the luck of benefactors and helpful people. This represents your long-term money, holding onto money, your investments. Add earthen or metal objects, square or round, arched shape items, yellow, ochre, white, metallic colors, gold, silver, bronze, etc. Place investment and asset files, valuable artifacts, or a wealth vase here. Good for high activity room, office, master bedroom. Not for kitchen.

North (water) Career corner. N is the flow of money, where you earn it. Add water and/or metal element. Water fountains, aquariums (except bedrooms), paintings of water, blue/black color, objects that reflect how you earn money. Add metal element (see above). Place turtles here, a live one is best. Good for bedrooms, office, kitchen.

Water star 8 – Most powerful method of generating wealth. This uses the location of the water star 8 under the flying star formula. It is determined by the facing direction of home, the date the house was built or last renovated. Add a water fountain, aquarium, 8 white pots or earthen objects near the main door or window where the water star 8 is located. You will need to know how to locate the water star 8 in your home or seek the advice of a practitioner. Great if front door has water star 8.

TIP: Avoid water, plants in bedrooms, bathrooms. Water fountains should always flow in, not out or away from the house, as your money flows with it. Water fountains outside should be left of the door looking out. Right side is believed to encourage third parties in relationships.

B) Enhance Areas that Affect Wealth and Prosperity

Welcoming the Chi (life-force energy) into your home. Good fortune enters the home through the front door, or the “mouth of the chi.” The front door is to entrance of the home, what the mouth is to your face. Peeling and cracked paint is like having sores on the mouth and cracked lips. If you can’t smile, happiness cannot live within. Good fortune will pass you up and go where it is welcomed.

The Ming Tang or “Bright Hall”

It is best to have an open, flat area in front of house, no vegetation or objects blocking the entrance. This attracts good chi. Get rid of dying plants, trim overgrowth. No clutter, junk, recycling bins, trash cans, old shoes. beat up old cars, etc.

Light Up the Entryway

Lift the vibration of the whole home with bright lights and healthy plants. Broken, non-working lights, dead plants, clutter and trash absorbs and stagnate chi.

Irregular Shaped Lots

The exterior of the home has a large impact on the overall luck of a home. The shape of a lot is a prime factor of your good or bad fortune and affects your destiny. Irregular shaped lots brings uneven opportunities; money is harder to come by, you have work harder, life is not smooth. Use plants, lights, and trees to square out a lot. Triangular lots are the worst when the point is in the back. It cannot hold on to anything.

Leaks and chi flow. Leaks mean leaking opportunities, money. Leaks can be from showers, toilets, drains, tubes, clothes and dishwashers, cracks around windows and doors. Keep toilet lids closed when possible. Repair cracks. Inoperable electrical, furnace and air conditioning systems is like having your blood and oxygen cut off or blocked. Keep them in good running order.

Missing Corners of the home means missing areas of your life. Reclaim the missing corners. If you cannot add on, use decking, patios, retaining walls, shrubbery, etc. to square off the missing corner. If this is impossible, work the small corner of each room where the missing corner of the house is and energize that. A missing Southwest corner means missed love/marriage and opportunities. You would then work the Southwest corner of main activity rooms.

Face Your Total Success Direction when at work. Find your Kua number to determine your total success direction. Make sure you still face the door of your office, and have your back to a solid wall. Do not sit under beams or have sharp angles aiming at your back or front. If it is impossible to face your total success direction, then find another good direction for you.

TIPS:

If you are buying a home, have the Feng Shui checked out. Starting out in a good home sets the stage for an easier life.

Always remember your health first. Wealth without good health defeats the purpose. That goes for happiness too!
